About Us.

Providing individualised and supportive care to help your child thrive.

Being the parent of a child with nutrition issues can be incredibly challenging and at times overwhelming.

Your child is unique, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to supporting their health and wellbeing that allows you to offer them the very best start to life.

At Nourish to Nurture, we pride ourselves on offering you and your family tailored nutrition advice to support your child’s growth and development.

Who We Are: Meet Kat

Kat is the founding dietitian behind Nourish to Nurture. Kat has experience working across metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne, managing many nutrition challenges, and previously specialised in oncology.

It was the birth of her first child, who suffered from multiple complex food allergies as well as reflux, that created a passion for paediatric nutrition. Kat now has specialised experience support families to manage complex allergies including support for breastfeeding mothers, paediatric eating disorders and fussy eating. Having supported many families; Kat knows first hand the value in simple, individualised and supportive evidence based advice for parents.

Who We Are: Meet Sian

Sian is an accredited practising dietitian with a wide range of clinical experience, living in central west NSW. She is now focusing solely on paediatric nutrition, particularly allergy management for infants and their breastfeeding mothers, fussy eating and nutrition for neurodivergent children.

As a mum to three very energetic boys Sian knows first hand, the joys, challenges and stress that comes with feeding children, especially those who have allergies or are neurodivergent. She also knows it doesn't have to be so hard. Sian combines her personal experience and professional knowledge to provide families with strategies to address nutrition concerns, help children expand their range of accepted foods, reduce stress and bring enjoyment back to feeding their children.
